Portugal-based esports and film junkie, (unofficially) diagnosed with impostor syndrome. 3+ years on the job, and God knows how many more as a spectator. I’ve worked across editorial, content strategy and management, digital marketing and social media, mixing creative storytelling with a healthy obsession for the numbers. Counter-Strike is home, but I’m open to put my skills to work in other titles.

Build your own loadout
The posts, memes, and interactions that keep your brand on voice and your community engaged.
I plan, create and publish the content, stay on top of trends, and put together quick graphics and video edits when the moment calls for them.
Just don’t ask for a fragmovie.
Words from someone who’d be following the action anyway, paid or not. Yes, I’m addicted.
Newsletters, articles, scripts, hot takes, and everything in between. Even in print.
To surf the algorithm, you need a nerd. Nice to meet you.
I’ll build the playbook for all your channels: what goes out, where, and when.
Content built around what actually makes the community tick, plus close work with thumbnail artists so your audience simply can’t scroll past.
You know that guy who refreshes the analytics every five minutes? You guessed it, that’s me.
I dig into the numbers, pull out the juicy insights, and turn them into reports you can actually act on, from this week’s posts to full event and campaign recaps.
And much more… Off-menu order? Shoot me a message and we’ll cook something up.
Experience
Where I’ve logged the hours
- Own the social channels for both competitions, end to end.
- Track updates, trends and competitors to keep the content fresh and relevant.
- Analyze KPIs and fine-tune the strategy.
- Build the community through genuine, fan-to-fan interaction.
- Create visual materials (graphics, memes, clips, etc.) that bring the storylines to life before, during and after each edition.
- Help shape ESL’s YouTube strategy across multiple channels (ESL CS, Highlights, Extra, ESL Dota 2, and more).
- Handle every upload, from titles, descriptions, and scheduling to click-worthy thumbnails with the design team.
- Write scripts and develop video ideas around what’s trending in the scene.
- Review content against core KPIs to separate the hits from the misses.
- Help put together event and campaign reports that turn raw data into next steps.
- Write for the biweekly newsletter, covering the Counter-Strike scene in TLDR’s signature style.
- Cover major CS events and tournaments for a community that knows its stuff.
- Help develop the TLDR magazines, a print publication handed out at the PGL Major Copenhagen 2024 and IEM Cologne Major 2026.
- Shape the TLDR brand and its distinctive voice in the Counter-Strike media landscape, advising on diverse matters.
Beyond esports
A few sidequests worth mentioning
- Read the news so execs didn’t have to, then boiled it down to the bits that mattered.
- Kept watch over clients’ social media so they always knew what people were saying about them.
- Wrote blog posts on all things gaming. Not exactly a hard sell.
- Wrote blogs, social posts, emails, press releases and ads.
- Pitched campaign ideas, did the research, and caught the typos before anyone else did.
